Conveniently located in Downtown Ocean City, Maryland, enjoy our quiet bay side condominium.
Just three short blocks to the Beach and Boardwalk, and one block from the Bay. We gladly accept
High School Graduates in June, and welcome back our loyal Families in July and August for weekly rentals.
During April, May, September and October enjoy our low off-season rates. We offer weekly and daily specials
for The Kite Exposition (April 29 - May 1), Springfest (May 5-8), Cruisin' Ocean City (May 19-22),Sessions By
The Sea (September),. Delmarva Bike Week (September 15-18), Sunfest (September 22-25), and
Endless Summer Cruisin' 2011 (October 6-9).


Located just one block away is FREE fun for all ages at the Ocean City Athletic Complex with a  
Kiddie Playground, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Baseball/Soccer Fields and Skateboard Park (fee
required). Just around the corner enjoy the City's Bay side Boardwalk for great Fishing, Boat and Bird Watching,
and Beautiful Sunsets. Several Restaurants, Grocery-Deli Store, Laundromat, Post Office, and much more is
located within a couple blocks.
